All of our mattresses come with a full-replacement warranty (unless otherwise noted on receipt).
Due to the complexity of delivering and installing appliances, all sales are final. Be sure to inspect your appliance for damage and defects before accepting delivery. If your appliance is damaged or defective, we will fix it. If it cannot be fixed, we may offer to exchange it.
All furniture sales are final. Please measure your room and delivery path carefully. If furniture doesn’t fit or is cancelled prior to delivery, a 25% restocking fee will be charged in addition to the delivery charge. The restocking fee is waived if the customer reselects a comparable replacement item.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:
All purchases will fit through entryways, doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into the desired location. If Mattress Liquidators is unable to deliver your purchase to the desired location due to fit, you will be charged the appropriate restocking in accordance with our return policies.
Please protect your floors from damage by laying rugs, blankets, or cardboard down prior to delivery and removing any items from walls that are in the delivery path. Mattress Liquidators will not be responsible for damage to any floors, walls or doorways.
An authorized adult 18+ is present to accept delivery and sign a delivery ticket. If no authorized adult is home to receive your scheduled delivery, you will be charged an additional delivery fee to reschedule.
Merchandise Picked Up By Customer
At the time of pick up, inspect your merchandise for any visible signs of defect prior to departing the store. It is your responsibility to properly secure and tie down merchandise to your vehicle. Our associates may assist in loading merchandise but reserves the right to refuse loading merchandise which may result in injuries or property damage. Mattress Liquidators will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused to customer merchandise and/or any vehicles during the loading or transportation of your merchandise. Purchases picked up are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
All clearance liquidation sales are sold as-is and final.
